PATCHY BLACK ICE

PATCHY BLACK ICE WILL REDEVELOP OR PERSIST OVER MUCH OF THE NORTH CAROLINA MOUNTAINS THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING... With temperatures falling into the teens and lower 20s overnight, patches of black ice will likely develop or persist.
